PROJETO DE LEI PREVÊ CONTRATAÇÃO MÍNIMA DE 12% DE MULHERES NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL!

A Comissão de Direitos Humanos (CDH) do Senado Federal aprovou o Projeto de Lei que estimula a contratação de mulheres na construção civil. A proposta altera a Lei de Licitações e passa a exigir que obras e serviços contratados pelo governo tenham um percentual mínimo de 12% de mão de obra feminina. Agora, o projeto será analisado na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ). De acordo com o texto, um dos critérios de desempate nas licitações será a preferência por empresas em que mais de 30% dos empregados sejam mulheres. A proposta original previa 20% da participação feminina nos canteiros de obras. Segundo a senadora Ângela Portela (PT-RR), que alterou a redação do texto do senador Gim Argello (PTB-DF), as mulheres já representam 13,68% da mão de obra na construção civil, e no mercado de trabalho em geral, respondem por mais de 40% dos empregos.
