EVENTO ASTRONÔMICO PÔDE SER VISUALIZADO PARCIALMENTE EM SIMÃO DIAS!

Um evento astronômico especial aconteceu no final da tarde deste domingo, 8 de setembro de 2013, pouco depois do por-do-sol.  A Lua ocultou o planeta Vênus, que é facilmente observado à olho nu nesta época. Além da Lua e de Vênus, o show do céu foi complementado em algumas regiões do país pela visualização de Mercúrio e de Saturno.

O fenômeno da ocultação de Vênus pela Lua poderá ser observado apenas numa pequena porção do Brasil e da América do Sul.  Para os brasileiros, a melhor observação ocorre só da latitude de Florianópolis para baixo, indo para o sul, em direção ao Rio Grande do Sul.

Na zona rural do município de Simão Dias se pode captar parcialmente o fato no céu, onde a lua apareceu acompanhada logo acima de um ponto parecido com uma estrela. Fotos: Portal Edelson Freitas
