Essa prática que demonstra promoção pessoal já existe em Simão Dias há muito tempo, mas opositores aos ex – prefeitos nunca conseguiram denuncia – los.

Caso o Ministério Público acate a denúncia, interprete e chegue a conclusão que o ato está errado, o prefeito será obrigado a retirar as pinturas custeando com recursos próprios.
