PROMOTORIA ENVIA OFÍCIO PARA A PREFEITURA DE SIMÃO DIAS SOBRE MUNICIPALIZAÇÃO NO TRÂNSITO!

No dia 30 de abril deste ano, a Promotoria de Justiça da Comarca de Simão Dias emitiu um ofício para a Prefeitura solicitando que no prazo improrrogável de dois meses sejam implementadas leis aprovadas pelos vereadores com objetivo de municipalizar o trânsito na cidade.

A solicitação do Ministério Público, através do Dr. Ricardo Sobral Sousa foi baseada na Lei 559/12 que dispôs sobre a criação da Divisão de Trânsito e Transporte Urbano, da Junta Administrativa de Recursos de Infração (JARI) e na Lei 560/12 a qual criou a Divisão de Trânsito e Transporte Urbano no Município de Simão Dias, ambas datadas de 20 de novembro de 2012 e aprovadas pelo legislativo local.
