CIDADÃO ENTRA COM AÇÃO DE IMPROBIDADE ADMINISTRATIVA CONTRA PREFEITURA DE SIMÃO DIAS!

Um cidadão, ingressou na Justiça com ação processual de improbidade administrativa contra a prefeitura do município de Simão Dias. Segundo o cidadão que prefere anonimato via imprensa, alega que é aprovado em concurso público e conseguiu judicialmente sua nomeação  na função de Guarda Municipal, porém, segundo informações, tem direito a multa no valor de R$ 70 mil. Ainda de acordo com o denunciante, só assinará sua nomeação com garantia de recebimento da multa e sem negociação de renunciar do tal valor.
